Every Subaru x Luno product is built for years of adventure and backed by Luno's Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can explore with confidence wherever the road leads.

What's Covered:

Luno's Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects for the life of your product.

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Improper use, misuse, neglect, or maintenance.
• Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Warranty Registration: 

• Register your gear within 120 days of purchase
• Have your proof of purchase and current contact information available
• Proof of purchase* may include a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation email, or other
  documentation showing the product was purchased through Subaru, Luno, or an authorized retail
  partner.

Warranty Process:

• Submit a warranty application here.
• Our Customer Success Team will review your claim
• If approved, Luno will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

For Mattress replacement claims, all original components must be returned, including: 

• Mattress
• Head Support Bridge (if applicable)
• Air Pump or Air Roll Bag
• Carrying Case

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing, depending on the season.

If your product has been discontinued:

When processing a valid warranty claim on a discontinued product, we will:

• Attempt to repair the product
• If repair isn't possible, replace it with the closest current equivalent
• If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue store credit for the total value of the item at the time of purchase.

Shipping:

• Complimentary shipping is provided for approved warranty claims within the United States and Canada. 
• If a non-Luno item is accidentally returned, a prepaid return label must be provided within one week. Otherwise, the item will be responsibly disposed of.

Luno Car Camping Kit Lifetime Warranty:

All Luno Car Camping Kit's purchased from Subaru include enhanced Lifetime Warranty coverage.

• Covers all unintentional damage (e.g. punctures, pet damage, accidents).
• Applies for the lifetime of the mattress.
• Provides a one-time replacement for any covered reason.

Lifetime Warranty Details:

• Lifetime Warranty benefits may only be used once and do not reset on replacement products.
• Return shipping is not covered for non-warranty returns.
• Lost or stolen products are not eligible for coverage. Products must be returned to qualify for replacement.
