Lifetime Warranty on all Luno Gear:
All Luno products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
The Lifetime Coverage does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Improper use, misuse, neglect, or maintenance.
- Damage from use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Warranty Registration Guidelines:
- All gear must be registered within 60 days of purchase
- You will need your proof of purchase and up to date contact information to register for your warranty

Warranty Process:
- Submit a warranty application here.
- If approved, Luno will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
- You must return all original mattress components (mattress, head support bridges [if applicable], air pump/air roll bag, carrying case) to receive a replacement.
- Warranty processing can take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the season.
When processing a valid warranty claim on a discontinued product, we will:
- First attempt to repair the product.
- If repair isn’t possible, replace it with the closest current equivalent.
- If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue 100% store credit, including reimbursement for any purchased Lifetime Warranty.
Shipping:
- Free shipping on warrantied items within the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- If you accidentally send back a non-Luno item, you're responsible for providing a prepaid return label within 1 week. Otherwise, the item will be disposed of.
Mattress Lifetime Warranty:
- Covers all damage (e.g., punctures, pet damage, accidents).
- Applies for the lifetime of the mattress.
- Replacement provided for any reason, once.
Lifetime Warranty Details
- Lifetime warranties cannot be used more than once, even on the replacement item.
- Lifetime warranty does not cover return shipping on non-warranty returns.
- Lost or stolen items are not covered under lifetime warranty; products must be returned to qualify.
